A really exciting week for Rev5 when we had the opportunity to speak with the lovely Victoria Lambert from The Telegraph.

It was great to be able to share with her all the enthusiasm we share to promote the benefits of strength training, better referred to as progressive resistance exercise , in the fight against sarcopenia (loss of muscle mass) and the impact it has on the musculoskeletal system, vascular disease and metabolic syndromes such as insulin resistance diabetes.

Even more exciting was the opportunity to meet all those who have chosen the New Year as a time to galvanise themselves to reap the benefits of a pragmatic, time efficient approach exercise – you are all very welcome.
