How has your experience been?

I’m getting more and more into it. I am amazed at how I am able to shift heavier weights every week!

How do you find the process?

It’s very new to me.  I was never into weights, and this just feels different.  Knowing that the effort is only for a short span of time (around 2 minutes per exercise) makes it even more exciting and time efficient as I constantly juggle work and family commitments.  Many working mothers will relate to that!

What’s the main reason why you’re doing it?

With a background in nutrition and being a therapist, it is very easy to forget about oneself.

Have you felt different?

My back feels stronger and more aligned.  I think it could also be helping my sciatica, which I have on the right side.  I feel  the pain much less, and now it’s been about 7 weeks. I’m really looking forward to continuing this training programme.
