Can you tell me about your experience of Rev 5?
I have found Rev5 very informative and enjoyable, with the benefits, that within weeks of starting, finding I am more focused in my everyday life as well as when I am concentrating on lifting the weights, a sort of knock on effect.
What benefits would you say you have felt?
Generally I am stronger and more flexible, which has improved my squash playing. I have more endurance, I am quicker round the court and my shots are more powerful which has meant I am now beating my partner regularly instead of coming a close 2nd every time. My golf shots are much more powerful too. I have also noticed I sit and stand up straighter, so I have had to adjust the rear view mirror in my car!
What would be your advice to someone thinking of taking up Rev5?
If someone was thinking of coming to Rev5 I would definitely try it first, to understand what it can do for you but to achieve the results available to you there needs to be a level of commitment in order to realise the the real benefit, which means really focusing and lifting as hard as you can for the few minutes a weeks you are there.
