A supervised, safe, effective method of exercising
Although Rev5 is a form of High Intensity Training, it is very different from interval training or exercise that requires a lot of pressure on the heart.
A workout consists of 5 different exercises lasting around 2 minutes each, and each focusing on one of the large muscle groups. Exercises are performed at a slow pace, using increasing weight levels that will cause your body to adapt to a higher level of performance each time.
Your Rev5 workout is carried out under the close one-to-one supervision of a qualified trainer to ensure that you work out safely whilst also maximising your performance and results.
We measure your parameters at each session, including blood pressure before and after exercise, and the weights and durations you’ve achieved on each machine.
We see consistent improvements over time and our members report feeling stronger, leaner, more upright, more energised and being able to perform tasks they couldn’t previously
